"All
my life, I've been interested in people. Ever since I picked up my
first Brownie camera, I was obsessed to document the perfect role
model. First I worked with my friends and neighbors. As an
adolescent, photographed friends in portraiture. In college, I
began creating nude studies of females. Even at 43, I continue my
search. The search enables me to be alive".
"I
believe my total creative process is like love. The visual art
that is produced evokes a positive energy in others. This
phenomenon is very profound to me and I don't doubt its power for
an instant. It is truly amazing to find oneself through his or her
own creative process".
"I
produce imagery for advertising, book covers, and product design
that is informative and aesthetically pleasing to the senses".
"My
mission is to sweep away yesterday, and bring you into the now so
that your tomorrow is revitalized. My intent is to send you
somewhere else; to shock you into love; to inspire; to mess with
taboos; to encourage you to rethink, relove, reimagine, reconnect,
reinterpret. I visualize, create, embody, colorize. I digitalize
your eyes".
"When
one is capable of treating others with respect and compassion, is
when that person can be truly happy. That happiness brings about
creativity in us. It is shared. This creativity will enable us to
achieve true love that is free of all attachments, expectations,
burdens of society, conditions, judgements or assumptions. When we
attain this state of freedom is when we can transcend to a more
beautiful and profoundly loving place in ourselves and in the
world".
"Currently
I am looking to generate more interest in digital art and design
in fine art, as well as commercial applications. I think my art
embodies all I express and tries to communicate its message to all
those who experience it".
